United Airlines sends me emails all the time. They are trying to convince me that they don't hate me as a customer, although each time I fly with them I'm unfortunately reminded that they do.

Last week, they sent me an email that "Madrid is waiting for you" and that I should book a trip to Madrid to check it out.

Hmmm. If I'm not in Madrid, where am I?
